Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho, said that his men will find a Milan (Wednesday, 20.45 pm) with “great pressure” and “very motivated” at the meeting which will measure both teams on Wednesday, in a match for the fourth day of the group stage of the Champions League.
“We think of ourselves, but a team ‘top’ is very difficult to lose twice in a row, the Lombards fell against Juventus on Saturday. So we’ll see a team with a lot of pressure and very motivated,” said Mourinho at the wheel news conference before the crash.
In addition, the preparer Luso recognized that maybe his team is “better” than expected. “We’re fine. We are a team under construction with new players and a coach again if the results are positive, construction along better,” he said.
“When you think you want more, more joy and happiness miracles. We are in a very positive and it’ll be better than we thought when the season started,” he continued. In turn, the coach of Setúbal restated their equipment is functioning “perfectly” in the second season.
“All my computers work perfectly in the second season, but I can not say we’re going to wait until the second year to win, we will try to do it now,” he said. “We have the misfortune to be in the Champions League with seven or eight teams trying to win the League and there are great teams that will put us hard,” he said.
On the other hand, the Portuguese tried to defend the “basic structure” of their equipment. “I always want to have the base structure, for me is the most balanced build a team, but can not succeed if the players do not participate much do not work. There comes the time and be prepared,” he analyzed.
Back to San Siro
In turn, Mourinho, who returns to San Siro after visiting Inter Milan, has reiterated that it has always been a “mutual respect” with fans in Milan. “I have to isolate some of the emotions back, but I’m not the enemy at home has always been a mutual respect with the Milan fans,” he said.
“I had a very interesting and positive relationship with the Milan fans. I guess for them is not easy to see that, having always dominated in Italy and in Europe, Inter won the Serie A and Champions League, but not there is a negative feeling, “he said.
Finally, asked about the differences between Italian and Spanish league, the Madrid coach has stated that it is “difficult” to compare the two championships, although the two every game is “very complicated.” “In Italy all the teams are organized very well tactically, but great just lose points and claiming the title the team that lost fewer points. In Spain, it seems that if you lose a point you’re in big trouble,” he continued.
Finally, Mourinho recalled that, while qualifying for the second round against the Azzurri, the two remaining matches are “very important.” “If we qualify, some may think that the two remaining games are not important to me, but very important,” he said.

The complaint was filed Thursday, Aug. 12 from a court in San Francisco.

Since its acquisition earlier this year by Sun Microsystems, Oracle is indeed the holder of rights related to Java technology. This complaint shows that he intends to defend them, attracted by the prospect of financial compensation.

James Gosling, one of the creators of Java landed during the takeover by Oracle, has reacted to the announcement of these actions by telling an amazing scene on his blog. He attended meetings to prepare for the merger of the two companies, and the subject of patents between Sun and Google has been addressed. He explained that he saw at that time “the eyes of lawyers Oracle shine. He added that legal proceedings for infringement of patents have never been in the practice of Sun.

Peter Sunde, aka Brokep, is a bit dated but has not changed much. At 32, the founder of one of the most controversial sites in the world is still as irreverent and schoolboy. Invited to Campus Party conference in Mexico City last week, Peter Sunde returned to the turbulent history of the famous pirate site during a speech full of anecdotes. Excerpts follow.
The importance of The Pirate Bay: “Given that BitTorrent accounts for 80% of Internet traffic and 60% Pirate Bay BitTorrent traffic [that before the site does not waive his activity tracker, Ed], with a small calculation we realizes that TPB was thus 50% of Internet traffic. What’s funny is that this site has always been a hobby: once, one of our directors tripped over a wire because he had drunk too much … this cut site and half the Internet traffic for two days … Just because he was drunk! ”

Threats of dependents: “We soon received threats of lawsuits. And we decided that we never closed the site after pressure from lawyers, because we felt that TPB was legal, especially in Sweden. So, we returned to counsel for pictures of polar bears and saying “Okay, you have worries and copyright. Who cares, because we have real problems here: polar bears trying to eat us! “The lawyers in question did not know what to say to a stupid letter. ”
Since its inception the site has a section Legal Threats that contains many letters and responses from leaders of The Pirate Bay to beneficiaries.

About private detectives: members of The Pirate Bay have been followed for one month and half by private detectives paid by beneficiaries. Peter Sunde back with humor on this matter.
“We have obtained records [...] The detectives Gottfried [a director of TPB, Ed] was not very thick. In six weeks, they have seen once. For Gottfried did not leave his home, is a geek! In the folder, there were phrases like “two guys come in her apartment with three pizzas, two people emerged. That’s all!
I have dealt with one of these detectives: I saw a flash from a car, someone had photographed me. I approached the car and went for a whirlwind. But I noted his registration number and I looked in the register of plates to which it belonged. Tip: if you want to become a detective and use a vehicle, do not you use a car registered to a company called “private detectives”. This is really stupid … ”

About the Swedish police raid against TPB’s servers: “They thought maybe by removing 200 servers – which only 20 TPB – the problem would be solved. But we did not especially need these machines, we can use any machine. So in three days, TPB is back to life. It would also lasted only two days had we not done that celebrates the first night … But that’s another story! ”

His meeting with Lula, Brazil’s president: “My friends and I were invited from around the world to give lectures. In particular, I met Richard Stallman and President Lula, I appreciate. He hugged me and said “Peter you know that Brazil and Sweden have not signed an extradition treaty?”. Good info! “

In contrast to yesterday, Apple released firmware update 4.0.2 iOS while remaining Jailbreak and Unlock received.

The security update is called PDF and patch can be downloaded from Cydia Store. With it can also protect iPhone and iPod Touch first generation from possible attacks. Apple itself delivers no more updates for these devices, although they are also affected by the gap. The installation of the software patch is strongly recommended. After the source code of the Jailbreaks was published, it is only a matter of time before even on the basis of malicious software is developed.

Since Apple is a smaller update the entire operating system ever airs, from the installation of any iOS 4.0.2 also jailbreak and unlock.
Yesterday, Apple released new versions of the IOS. The versions 3.2.2 or 4.0.2 for the iPad for Iphone or Ipod Touch close a security gap that could be used for voluntary and involuntary Jailbreaks. The jailbreak has long been a popular way to install cracked games and other apps on Iphone or Ipod. But now it is about manipulating PDFs hackers managed to carry out malicious code via an involuntary jailbreak. Thus, the smuggling and the installation of additional malicious software would be possible. Sooner or later the device by buffer overflows would serve no more possible.

The craft was designed, it seems, the police who were in the process of evacuating the area because they had been informed of the presence of another bomb.

However, he had been placed near a school and when it exploded, the debris he has thrown in the air injuring two children 12 years and another, aged two.

Deminers are currently examining two suspicious objects in the area, says one of the sources.

“This is a despicable attempt to attract the police and then set off a bomb just as they try to put others out of danger,” denounced the member Dolores Kelly, Assembly seat of Ireland North. “And because of this that the children were injured by shrapnel from the explosion.”

Recently, dissidents from the IRA (Irish Republican Army) recently placed a fake car bomb attack outside a police station and a real car bomb exploded outside a police station in Londonderry, causing no injuries. Last week, a British military has found a bomb under his vehicle.

The current strong man from Madagascar, Rajoelina and all Malagasy parties on Friday signed a new agreement as “the crisis”, which includes holding a presidential election in May 2011, but it remains to be seen it will be implemented.

Under the terms of this “political agreement”, 99 political parties and Rajoelina committed “to working together and pooling their efforts in finding a way out of crisis.”

The agreement sets out a timetable for elections, which provides a national conference from August 30 to September 3, a constitutional referendum on November 17, the parliamentary elections March 16, 2011, and the first round of presidential elections on May 4 .

It also acknowledges the “non-application” of Rajoelina the presidential election of May 2011. The current strong man of Madagascar announced last May its intention not to participate in this election.

An earlier timing of the crisis, proposed last May by Rajoelina promised a constitutional referendum on August 12, parliamentary elections Sept. 30 and Nov. 26 presidential election.

This timetable was rejected outright by the opposition, which demands the implementation of agreements signed to end the crisis in 2009 under the aegis of the international community.

Following a popular movement led by Rajoelina, the elected President Marc Ravalomanana was ousted in March 2009, released by the army.

Ex-mayor of Antananarivo, Rajoelina been leading the country but without recognition of the international community which has suspended its aid crucial.

In late July, former Mozambican President Joaquim Chissano, head of international mediation which has been trying for months to reconcile the conflicting parties and the country out of crisis, went to Madagascar to try again to unlock situation.

No other result than to prolong indefinitely the crisis, the negotiations took place until now mainly between the four main political movements of the Big Island: Rajoelina supporters opposed to former presidents Ravalomanana, Didier Ratsiraka and Albert Zafy.

The signing of the agreement took place Friday in the Madagascan capital, the International Conference Centre Ivato, where the final negotiations were held since the beginning of the week.

The main political parties in Madagascar, including representatives of the four spheres of influence, are signatories.

Officials from the TGV Rajoelina TIM Ravalomanana, Ratsiraka’s AREMA of, and supporters of the former leader Albert Zafy initialed the document.

But the position of the three former heads of state, all of whom live in exile, remains as yet unknown.

Under the agreement, Rajoelina “will continue to serve as President of the transition until the inauguration of President of the IVth Republic.

The Prime Minister and the government “will be appointed from among persons proposed by a concerted political parties and associations (signatories).

The next national conference, expected in late August started, will be organized by the Malagasy civil society, “in conjunction” with the signatory parties and political associations, and will include the difficult task of agreeing on a new draft constitution.

The agreement on “the crisis also provides for the creation of an upper house, from the current authority of the High-HAT-transition which will be expanded, and a Lower House, Congress of transition” in which all parties will be represented.

“As a citizen and as President, I think Muslims should have the right to practice their religion as any other citizen of this country,” Obama said at a reception attended by diplomats from Islamic countries and representatives of the Muslim community.
“This includes the right to build a place of worship and community center on private property in Lower Manhattan in compliance with regulations and local law,” he said.
The service areas of the City of New York in August authorized the construction of the center should include a Muslim prayer room, two blocks from the spot where once stood the twin towers of the WTC.
“We are in America and our commitment to religious freedom is unwavering,” said Obama, who has made improving relations with Muslim nations a key foreign policy.
Nearly 2,750 people perished September 11, 2001 attacks on Al Qaeda that had caused the collapse of both towers of the World Trade Center in lower Manhattan.

“GOD junk”
The families of the victims were mobilized and organized a campaign to oppose the construction of cultural center that they believe is an insult to the memory of those who perished in the attacks.
Representatives of prominent politicians, including Sarah Palin, the former Republican candidate for the vice-presidency, and Newt Gingrich, former Republican chairman of the House of Representatives, called for abandoning the project.
Mark Williams, a spokesman for the Tea Party, an ultra-conservative movement very critical of the policies followed by Barack Obama, said the cultural center would be used “by terrorists to worship their god of junk.”
While the arguments of each other became more and more virulent, Obama has decided on Friday to hear his point of view.
The U.S. president, speaking after a dinner at the White House following the precepts of Ramadan, said that the First Amendment of the U.S. constitution established religious freedom, “a right which has been confirmed.
Barack Obama recalled that Al Qaeda was not synonymous with Islam. “Al Qaeda is not the defender of Islam. It is a serious distortion of Islam.”
Recent polls indicate that 53% of New Yorkers opposed the construction of this cultural center called House Cordoba, a 13-storey building that will house a 500-seat auditorium.

The threat shakes the White House. Wikileaks is preparing to distribute nearly 15,000 documents classified as confidential on the U.S. war in Afghanistan, as the Pentagon increases the warnings. “If they publish new documents after learning of our concerns about the harm it can cause our soldiers, our allies and innocent Afghan civilians, it would be highly irresponsible,” warned the spokesperson of the department Defence, Geoff Morrell. “That would only aggravate an error that has already taken too many lives at risk,” he recalled yet.

A reference to the contentious history between the White House and the website. In July, Wikileaks had already revealed 70,000 documents classified on the Afghan conflict, which then strongly criticized the U.S. government. Especially as the support for the continuation of the war in public opinion seems to be faltering. The Pentagon had explained that the leak, one of the largest American military history, endangering U.S. soldiers and their informants in the field. On Thursday, the White House reiterated its request to remove these files already online and return them to the U.S. government.
“Some very serious consequences”

The case now goes back to the most senior U.S. officials. The Secretary of State for Defence Robert Gates said fear of “serious operational consequences. “There are many names of Afghans who have worked with us and helped us in these documents,” he hammered from San Diego. And note that these cases involved a lot of information on strategy, techniques and U.S. protocols, highlighting the vulnerabilities of the United States. “We have information indicating that the Taliban and Al Qaeda have issued instructions to retrieve these documents and I think the consequences are potentially very serious,” he feared Robert Gates. “We have no information yet on the possible assassination of an Afghan related to the disclosure of these documents. I stress the words ‘not yet’,” he further said.

But Wikileaks does not seem really responsive to threats from Washington. On the contrary. “We have a duty to all persons who may receive the publication of these documents,” argued Thursday its founder, Julian Assange, on the Swedish television channel SVT. “These reports indicate the death of 20,000 people. Last week, more than 100 people have died because of this war. These documents contain essential information on management of this war and the civilian management and how they die “he said. According to him, see the publication of such information would delay or prevent justice from being done.

At Logan, the poor and isolated province of Gansu, 15 people were killed and more than 10,000 are blocked due to heavy rainfall and landslides, said Chinese television.

The rain began to fall on Thursday Mianzhu town near the provincial capital, Chengdu, Xinhua said. The region had been struck in 2008 by a very large earthquake that killed at least 80,000 people and made the ground very unstable.

The mudslides have cut off some roads and means of communication and have particularly affected the towns of Qingping, surrounded by mountains, and Tianchi.

The government has mobilized rescue site and many people began to be evacuated because of the violence of rainfall, says the agency. “The damage is considerable and the number of victims will be high,” confirms a resident Qingping.

Police evacuated many people because of rain. Some communications were cut while landslides have changed the course of the river that runs through the village.
